Gift Card Full T&Cs

General
Gift cards are issued digitally and delivered by email as a printable PDF. Gift cards are redeemable online only at Olentium.com or when booking a perfumery workshop place, and have no cash value.
Redemption
Each gift card includes a unique code which must be entered at checkout to redeem its value or quoted when contacting us to arrange a perfumery workshop place. Gift cards may only be redeemed on eligible purchases made through our website and are not redeemable at our third-party stockists.
Validity
Gift cards remain valid for one year from date of issue, and until fully redeemed, in accordance with applicable Maltese and EU consumer protection laws.
Balance & Partial Redemption
Gift cards may be redeemed partially or in full. Any remaining balance will remain available for future use until the full value has been redeemed. An updated gift card with amended voucher value and code will be emailed with your order details for you to redeem the balance at a future date.
Refunds & Cancellations
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or store credit, except where required by law.
Once a gift card has been delivered, it is considered supplied and is not eligible for cancellation under the EU Consumer Rights Directive.
Use Restrictions
Gift cards:

Cannot be used to purchase other gift cards
Cannot be redeemed for cash
Cannot be resold or exchanged for value
Cannot be combined with other discount codes unless explicitly stated.
Cannot be used at third-party Olentium stockists.

Lost, Stolen or Misused Cards
Gift cards should be treated like cash. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, deleted, or unauthorised use of gift card codes.
Fraud & Abuse
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse gift cards, orders, or redemptions where fraud, misuse, or breach of these terms is reasonably suspected.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for loss arising from the use or inability to use a gift card, except where caused by our negligence or breach of statutory obligations.
Amendments
We reserve the right to amend these Gift Card Terms & Conditions at any time, subject to applicable Maltese and EU law. The terms applicable at the time of purchase will continue to apply to that gift card.
